After working as a Training Advisor with the Agriculture Industry Training Organisation for five and a half years, Linda joined the Rural Team at McDonald Real Estate in 2005.

Linda has a background in communication and writing, including children’s stories for print and radio. In her spare time, she is working on a book about Walk-Thru Cowsheds.

Linda also supports local schools, clubs, and sports groups. In particular, Riding for the Disabled, Hospice, Make a Wish Foundation, Te Kupenga Stone Carving, Canteen, Inglewood High School Girls Rugby Team, and the Inglewood group of the Cancer Society.

Her husband Donald is a councillor for the Taranaki Regional Council and they live on a dairy farm in Ratapiko. She also has two adult children, three grandchildren, and a large garden used for weddings.
