Erica has been amazing at all times but we have been particularly difficult clients this year.  Being absentee landlords, Erica had to represent us in small claims court, keeping us informed at all times with the proceeding, responding to all queries immediately at all hours of the day and night and weekends as we are in different time zones.   

After patiently reminding us tactfully over a couple of the years of the deadline to have insulation installed, we thought we better get it done.  She seamlessly sorted out the contractors gross misquote (Erica called it a Dogs Breakfast) and also professionally handled the not-so-straight-forward installation as we had all sorts of personal effects stored under the house and in the attic. 

Erica’s professionalism and competence has given us such confidence and Peace of Mind that we can be worry-free absentee landlords so we can pursue our dreams.  This is priceless.  We Thank Erica and McDonald Real Estate for your excellent services.

Raewyn Breman has been our property Manager for over 2.5 years. During this period she has proven to be a valuable and trustworthy assistant, able to balance the interests of both; the tenants and we as property owners.

Denise not only ensures the tenants take care of our property but also ensures the rents are received. Denise regularly inspects our property and provides a detailed report including photos and information on any maintenance required. Denise also organises tradespeople to do any repairs required, this is done promptly and with high standard.
